About Me
I’m Candra Adia. My life has been shaped by responsibility, transitions, deep inner listening and transformation.
For over two decades, I built a career defined by precision and performance. I worked in engineering, leadership and executive roles inside complex, highly regulated industries — leading teams, navigating high-stakes decisions, and ultimately serving as a Vice President responsible for a contract worth hundreds of millions and significant business outcomes.
I also founded and was Editor-in-Chief of a magazine that was nationally published in print and online. Additionally, over the years, I have written articles for numerous online personal growth and transformation sites.
After more than twenty years in senior and executive leadership, I walked away from a successful career because I could no longer ignore the quiet knowing that something in my own life needed to change.
Since then I’ve been working on completing my own book and building out a platform that provides space for myself and others to step into their next chapter fully and authentically aligned with who they truly are.
Because of my background I am able to bridge both worlds: the soulful intuition of a woman who’s walked through transformation and the grounded analysis of a seasoned executive.
